Lacanche Citeaux

 The Lacanche Citeaux range cooker is undoubtedly a virtuoso.
The huge cooking hob has been designed to accomodate a dazzling choice of burners and options for the ultimate in versatility.

The (optional) warming cabinets can be used for storing plates, keeping dishes warm until serving or pre-heating tableware. The very spacious oven is available in a choice of gas, electric or fan-assisted electric heating systems.

Custom Colours
Can't see the colour you like for your new Citeaux cooker ? Then don't worry Lacanche will match any colour of your choice. Simply provide us with a sample and Lacanche will produce an enamel colour swatch for your approval. There is a charge for this service, which can be credited against the cost of the special enamel colour once your order has been received. Please see the price list table below displaying the additional cost for your Citeaux cooker. Please note that certain colours may not be suitable for enamelling, in these circumstances FdF will inform you that an alternate colour in necessary.

Trim Finish

The standard trim finish is solid brass for the control knobs, hand rail ends, guard and hand rail ends, drawer pulls and badge frame. Chrome and matt chrome trim are options at extra cost. Chrome trim is £TBA extra. Matt chrome is £250.00.

The guard rail and handles are always stainless steel. The burner caps are always brass.

Griddle Plate

Simmer Plate

Pasta Baskets

The cast iron griddle plate, which sits over a pair of gas burners enables fish, meat and vegetables to be rapidly cooked with a minimum of fats.
By using one burner at maximum and the over at minimum, it is possible to create a graded heat enabling large pieces to be seared on the hotter end and then cooker through on the cooler part.

The small simmering plate sits over a pair of gas burners in place of the pan support. It enables a constant varied heat by altering the debit of the two burners.

Multi Cooker Accessories
Additional steamer trays, pasta baskets and bain marie containers are available in large, medium and small sizes. The possible combinations are as follows:

Delivery of Your Lacanche Citeaux Cooker
 Once your order has been placed Lacanche sales office will contact you to arrange delivery to the specified address approx 1-2 weeks prior to your cooker being ready. The delivery options and conditions are outlined below:

Delivery prices include VAT and are for UK mainland addresses excluding Northern Ireland, islands and areas north of Inverness. Please contact us for further details.

Two man deliveries include locating in ground floor location and unpacking for inspection. delivery driver will take instructions regarding specific positioning of appliance from responsible person on site (eg houseowner, tradesman). Any steps, stairs or other restrictions to safe access may result in non delivery. In the event of unforeseen access problems it is at the delivery driver discretion to refuse delivery.
Deliveries are made at any time during the day from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
Old appliances and packing will not be removed.
Connection must be carried out by a suitably qualified CORGI engineer.
